We provide (electronic) order in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. When placing an order, you may choose to receive an e-invoice, or you can request a paper invoice by contacting our customer service center.
The returned or requested replacement products must be in intact and resalable condition, accompanied by the relevant sales documents. All related accessories, instruction manuals, labels, original packaging (e.g., boxes, anti-tamper tags, etc.), gifts (if any), and paper invoices (if any) must be returned.
