A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gift items, if marked as gifts, may be returned for store credit instead of cash refunds.
Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be processed within a few days and credited back to your original payment method or bank account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Shipping for Returns

Returns must be shipped to the address above (not to the manufacturer).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
